Fully Renovated Cottage with A/C and WIFI - Sleeps
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with luxury bedding and goose down duvet. Large enough to also hold a playpen if desired.
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3. Crate design XL queen bunk bed on bottom with super single on top. Luxury sheets to make a comfortable sleep. Goose down duvet.
Bedroom 3- single bed; trundle single below.
Shower/Utility room- separate single pull out futon bed.
all bedding supplied. (Pillows/duvet/sheets found in drawers)
Additional Sleeping - 10 foot pull out couch with bedding and pillows to be found in storage within couch. Can fit a few more little people on the couch

Prime time - sunday -Thursday $295/night. Friday/Sat -$325/night
- 2 night minimum
Labour day weekend -$ 350/night
Shoulder season $195/night week days. $265 fri/sat. night
*excluding Christmas/New Years break. $325/night**
Discounts given to weekly rentals - contact owner
Damage deposit at time of booking $600 - to be returned within 48 hours of departure
Cleaning fee- $150 to be applied to each booking. Linens and inside towels etc provided
Use of Pedal Boat and Bicycles are at renters discretion and vendor does not assume liability for injury.
Damage deposit to be collected at booking. 50% of fee to be collected 1 month prior to arrival and remainder 50% due 7 days prior to arrival.
Pets - at owners discretion $50/ pet fee
